Human Resources & Payroll Assistant
The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford is accepting applications for HR & Payroll Assistant. This is a part-time, 25-hour-a-week position reporting to the Manager of Human Resources.
Duties: Provide day-to-day assistance in processing human resources and payroll functions and perform many intermediate-level administrative support services with moderate supervision. Must be able to interact with persons at all levels of the institution and handle highly confidential information.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and two years’ experience in human resources and/or payroll support position, preferably in a University setting.
Must be able to handle highly confidential information and be proficient in Microsoft Office software. The desire to learn and be accurate in data entry is imperative. Excellent customer service skills in an occasionally stressful environment. Excellent level of communication skills for telephone and personal interactions with the campus community. Self-motivation and independent working skills are very helpful.
